Beautiful 5 star hotel in East Sussex with 2 AA rosetted restaurants requires a junior sous chef to join it`s busy kitchen brigade. You must have worked your way up through the ranks with a college or apprentiship background. This is ideal for an existing junior sous chef but a chef de partie from a good establishment will also be considered. You must also have worked within a rosetted background and have extremely high standards, 5* ideally but 4* hotel chefs will definitely be considered!!
